CORONA MEASURES

 1) Terms & Conditions:

• "Social distancing", everything necessary must be taken to ensure that 1.5 meters of space is maintained between people.

• All living areas must be ventilated.

 

2) Moving Activities:

• You may be helped by one friend or acquaintance.

• You must ensure that you keep a distance of 1.5 meters between each other. 

• You provide a mouth mask  for all helpers.

• Your move will then be fully carried out by Multy Service staff.

• The customer or his employees are not allowed to help with the move, unless a distance of 1.5 meters can be maintained.

 

3) Elevator Service:

• Everyone must stay away from the area during the setting up and dismantling of the removal lift.

• Client and Multy Service personnel are not allowed to mix.

• What is allowed is that Multy Service staff put everything on the plateau and that the customer takes everything from above, or vice versa.

 

4) Documents:

• Documents must be drawn up at the end of the move.

• The settlement is made on this and it is noted that the move has been completed without damage. 

• Due to the corona measures, this document can no longer be signed by the customer.

• At that moment a photo will be taken and sent to the known email address.

 

5) Payment:

• We ask that payment is no longer made in cash. You can pay in the following ways:

• By bank transfer in advance to our account.

• Via  an "instant" transfer at the time of settlement

• Via Payconiq application. NB! This payment usually limited to 250 euros.
